Outpatient Intake Application

Open to both men and women 18 years of age and older, the program is led by licensed substance-abuse professionals.

As part of our commitment to offering these services at an affordable cost, our outpatient recovery services are offered for a weekly fee of $50 ($25 for each group and individual session) for a total of $400 for eight weeks. We can also administer drug screens for those in need of drug screening services for $20.
