Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Big Fish 5K & Fun Run. All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit Big Fish Ministries' Christ-centered addiction recovery services. The event will be held rain or shine.
Vendor booths are first come, first served and include a 10x10 space (approximately one parking space). To secure your vendor booth, please be sure to submit BOTH the application and payment.
Please note that space is limited and restrictions may be placed on the types of merchandise and vendors permitted. If we are unable to approve your application, you will be notified and your payment will be returned to you in a timely manner. If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
I agree that my name, image and likeness as well as any photographs of me or my work and/or booth may be used for publicity purposes. I agree that I will not assign all or part of my space to any other person or organization without the express permission of Big Fish Ministries. I agree that my space will be used for the sole purpose of promoting my products and services as listed on this application.
